frank thomas, pedro, and ortiz is better than soriano as long as:
1. you have a player or two who you don't want and can drop to make the trade work
2. have enough steals and don't need the 30-40 from Soriano

Ok, Ortiz and Frank are going to get you Homeruns. Pedro is not supose to be back until after the All-Star Break, so if you have a DL slot open, I would use it for Pedro.
Soriano is going to get you 30-40 Hr's 30-40 Steals and 30-40 Doubles.
If you are trading Soriano for those three I say yes only if you have a player on your team who can get you steals, then I would defitinaly trade him away.. being a Cubs fan myself.
But, if your trading those three players for Soriano, then make sure you do have at least one player on your team who can get you 30-40 Hr's.

Depends who you like better. Its basically trading Ortiz for Soriano and personally, i would do it if i was on the soriano side.

Whoever is getting the 3 players has the better deal.
