Stuntin refers to showing off and being the sh#t. having things and not afraid for other people to take notice. So yes anyone can stunt you can stunt in the hood driving the baddest 07 car. etc

Its a dumb word made up by dumb rappers with a dumb meaning. I just really wish we as black folks would stop this ignorance. Then we get uphauled when young black kids feed even younger black kids blunts and beer.
