I need some pirate games for kids from kindergarten to 6th grade that would last about 15 min. Any ideas?

Send them on a treasure hunt. You could do a few different hunts with different color-coded clues (easy for the little ones, harder for the big ones) and have them lead to a pirate treasure chest at the end of the hunt. Then let them divide up the plunder. You can control the time of the hunt by making the clues easier or harder and by adjusting the number.
