on the weekends i do nothing...i barely have any friends, i have some but they are either busy or i just hung out with them... i feel so worthless, and i have absolutly nothing to do, i just hang out at home..its so boring,, i really wanna go out with friends, how do i make more friends, im already in enough activites, and i go to small school, where people here live far away from me...and the worst part is i really wanna like go to the mall or a movie cuz im dressed for it, and look cute, but i have no one to go with...ugh im so mad...help, im not happy.

you sound like you might be suffering from symptoms of an anxiety disorder or even depression. pay really close attn to what you are doing or what is going on around you when these changes and feelings take place. no matter what anyone says, these are not necessarily things in your control and you may need to seek some help from a parent or a doctor. there is no reason to be ashamed of this. anxiety and depression are illnesses, just like diabetes. would you be ashamed if you had diabetes? it is really important to take care of yourself, if you don't, this could get worse and you could end up feeling worse. talk to someone you trust (an adult) and take it from there. here is a site that might help you explore this a little better too:

You know? I feel the same sometimes and in fact I have the same..let's call the simptoms.. but what I do is remodel my room from time to time ( you'll be marvelled by how many places you can fit your bed) or also I like acting with different personalities and amuse at leas myself if not my friends or also you could learn to paly an instrument or build something, be creative

Try going skating on in another activity that does not require anyone to be there with you.
why not invite someone over to spend the night.

Well lisa, I feel that way sometimes you too. But perhaps try and invite a friend to go with you to do something fun.

If you want to feel useful, find some older people in your neighborhood and help them with their chores! Believe me you won't feel worthless and depressed anymore!
