When you speak of soul you speak of an eternity of though pain love and stuff an eternity that is .... for an eternity so through this eternity of existance that your soul does it will , like we do on this plane, group with souls of a likeness and so if this happens over millenieu it will eventually begin to manifest in the souls consiousnes (you) as a 'soul mate' ... someone you have loved through ages!.

my hubby. We have known each other for 15 years. He says he has loved me since the day he met me. I did not feel the same at first. 3 years later we started to date. then we graduated from high school, and went our separate ways. We remained friends for the 5 years we were apart. We also had other relationships but could not stay away from each other. So we got back together and married for 7 years. And we have our own family. We enjoy each other, make each other laugh, complete each others thoughts/sentences. We bring a better part for each other and fit together. we both literally need each other. Our lives are not right without each other. we both enjoy the things we do together, but we also have a few things that I like to do that he don't, or he like to do that I don't. We never "leave the other behind" if you know what I mean. That opens us up to new experiences, friends, and stuff. But we both do them all together. (Makes me happy just telling this)

A special friend. Someone that your heart aches so much for their happiness. A person that can see you at your most selfish and ugly and know that you are a fantastic person. Soul mate doesn't neccessarily mean your partner. It can be a friend that you click with so well and love too much.

SOULMATE SOUL MATES
Yes, PsiKnight has said it in the most truthful way possible. Love and your "soul mate", is your constant mate, they are always with you. I have had many "infatuations", in which I thought were my soul mate, but I was immature.

We are all a part of the same source.
You need to try to start seeing everyone as your soul mate.

Your best friend, your kindest, but most honest critic. The one who supports your ideas, and likes to see you try new things. The one who can finish your sentences, because they have listened to you and know how you think. The one who cares for your future more than their own. The love of your life.
Does that help? Good luck.

It's simple, your soul mate is the other half of you.

The love of your life :))
Someone that comes along, and you say to yourself, 'this is the person I've been looking for my whole life!'
Someone who accepts you for who you are and doesn't try to change you
Someone who finishes your sentences
Someone who loves all the same things you do
Someone you never want to live without
Someone.....
....like my husband!
I hope you find yours also! :)

I don't believe in one soulmate. I think a soulmate is a special person whom you can connect with or think of in a very special manner, when compared to those you would normally fall in love with. I don't think it is possible to have black-and-white definitions for something like that - just my opinion.
