My mom used a sperm donor to have me. Because of the law, I can't contact him until I am 18. If you were him, would you want to meet me? He has sent me his baby picture through the sperm bank, but my mom thinks he might not want anything to do with me. What do you all think?

I think you need to know more about him just to put your curiosity to rest... so I say yes...you should go for it and try to contact him when you're 18.
He may be a donor...but he isn't a dad...so don't expect him to play that role.... but if he is willing to be a friend....that would be nice.

The offspring might desire a courting of types together with his donor at some destiny date for any of particularly some motives.

Well, if he loves you I think he would come and visit you somehow. But I'm not sure about you still contacting him since your mom doesn't think it's a good idea =) and your mom is the one who thinks good for you. Some would want to meet their child and some wouldn't... Good Luck

That all depends on the person....
IF it was me and i donated something like that, it would no longer belong to me. Sperm is not a father.
That is something you need to figure out on your own if its something you need to know on your own.
