You have two choices:
1) Go to a Lloyds TSB cash machine for your card issuer and change your PIN. Do it now.
2) If you can't get to the cash machine, phone Lloyds TSB to contact their Lost/Stolen cards department. Exlain what has happened and they will either issue a new PIN (you will not get to decide the new PIN over the phone and will come by post); or they will stop the card and issue a new card.
Personally, I'd ask Lloyds to reissue a new card and PIN.

When you go to the cash machine and type in your pin the options come up and there will be an option to change pin then just follow instuctions either that or go into bank and they will send you new pin. Dont worry just keep your card safe just now. Hope this helps.

Go to a Lloyds/TSB ATM (cash machine/hole in the wall), and insert your card.
Enter your pin and you will be presented with various options, one of which is PIN services.
Hit that button, and follow the instructions to change your PIN (That's if you're allowed out on your own!).

Depending on what financial instituion you bank with, many of the larger banks have equipment on hand to reissue pin numbers on site. The only other option is to call asap and have your card deactivated and a new one issued.
