I wanted to watch Naruto SHipuuden after reading a little bit about it, and saw that they have the information on most episodes in Naruto shipuden (they go up to like episode 104). So i wanted to watch most of those episodes, but find out that they are currently at only episode 5, while wikipedia says the current arc is at the episode 100s

Let me answer your implied question and correct a misunderstanding you have about this anime series.
The link you gave is not to an episode list for Naruto: Shippūden. It is for Naruto, the first series.

At the moment they have 220 episodes of Naruto. The rest of the list is chapters from the manga. They do exist. The question is, where do you watch these episodes? on TV? because they are generally far behind there... on Youtube.com you can find all the episodes that have been released. just type in 'Naruto (number of the episode you want to watch)' in the search area and you get a list of episodes you can chose from.
Also, if you are watching a translated Naruto, they might no have translated it yet.

thats the manga the anime follows the manga so the anime episodes are only on 5 and the manga is further in and also thsoe are the future episodes for naruto shippuden
