Well, assuming things go well in our galaxy and the Ori spontaneously poof away like they're supposed to in the first movie, the Odyssey will probably end up in the Pegasus galaxy to help out. Also, Earth seems to enjoy making lots of new ships so they're probably in the process of making another one to replace Daedalus; that one might show up sooner or later.
At the moment, though, I don't believe they've revealed one being built yet. I wouldn't take it to heart: we didn't hear about the Odyssey or Korolev until they showed up. Come to think of it, the Odyssey was built to replace the Prometheus...with the lag in there it's almost guaranteed that they've been building something else to replace the Korolev...

there would have to be because in the end of season three the deadalus was really messed up. No quick fix there, as far as I can see. wonder what they'll do
