that's pretty vague, i must say. but it sounds a lot like any florida rap song. try Tampa Tony "City Boy wit it" , "Keep Jukin" or "I ain't No Good" or a Trick Daddy song...That first girl is on point with Stay Fly by 3-6 Mafia

There are probably a LOT of rap songs that have versions of "ah ah ah ah"

I think that song is called Stay Fly not completly sure though but i hate that song its so obnoxious but if you want to hear it there it goes lol
