Not The Librarian, nor Queen of the damned (great movie btw :D).
I's a horror/Sci-Fi movie. The secred organization is something like the special forces, the guys have special weapons and everything.
One scene I can remember: at the begining of the movie, a museum of some kind is attacked, and there is a ghost/spirit of an animal of some kind, like a big lizzard. And I think these spirits can only be seen in tha dark, or can only appear in the dark.
