You might start out with material from your local lending library. It's free. There are probably videos.

Once you're sure you want to continue, check the local musical instrument store or perhaps a local college. They often know local instructors/teachers/tutors and people who have taken lessons. There may even be teachers who would happily teach someone they thought was "gifted" or had potential or even "passion" enough for them to take on for free.
