how do i extract fuel from banana fibers? should i put the fibers in water and let it boil, then freeze the product and scrape off the oil? hey, what should i do?

A few ways. Distructive distillation and then fractionation to separate the water from all other products. Macerate the peel using one of those super blenders. Use a solvent to separate out oils and then separate the oil from the solvent mix by adding water. Settling should allow each layer to be removed separately. (provided the oils are not water soluable)
Try using a microwave with all plastic hardware and hoses to remove vapors during the heating. If done carefully, you should get a mixture which can be fractionated. (works for shale oil rocks)
