Hello, just wanted to let you know of a miracle pill that puts you to sleep, available over the counter, is actually very very beneficial for your health, and is only 3 bucks!! I had trouble falling asleep for years. I would lay in bed, and think and think and think for hours before I could fall asleep. It was literally driving me crazy!! If your deficient in those two, it might help. But it's not a cure. Why can't you sleep? Is your body aching from a dis-ease? Are you staying up thinking too much? Is life giving you challenges? You're looking for a simple solution to a complex proglem. Do a little more digging.

Ummm......no....Panathenic acid is a B vitamine, which help increase energy. I would suggest some chamomile tea, or some melatonin.
