For free... hm... well the new episodes come out on www.narutocentral.com for free like the day after they air, but to get episode 146, you have to get a gold membership (which is 5 dollars for one moth and you can only pay using PayPal) And if that doesn't work, check youtube again. Sometimes they post more than once. Otherwise, take some of the other answers. ^^.'
