It is short for clitoris, a small penis-like appendage at the top of the vagina that when rubbed gently gives the female pleasure.

google "vagina diagram" the clitoris will be labeled. it is a small nub just beneath where the labia minora meet. It is a sexual organ in women whose sole purpose is to give pleasure.
