Channel 5 can be a bit hard to receive, as there simply is not enough space in the TV frequencies alocation to provide complete coverage of the UK.
Often the channel allocated for 5 is so far off the other channels that you might need to change the aerial for a wider bandwidth model. If you live near the coast, it may be that 5 is being transmitted at a lower power level, in order to avoid interference with foreign TV transmitters.
Usually, it is possible to bring it in, but try tuning through the band, and if no joy, have your aerial checked out for suitability.
In my opinion, it was utterly ridiculous to offer a 5th terrestrial channel when it was known at the outset, that it would only cover 60% of the UK. It should be better when the terrestrial transmitters go digital, and this channel can be put into a multiplex. (You might still have to change your antenna, though!)

Channel 5 can be quite hard to pick up in some places. Retune your freeview and it'll find the rest too.

Channel 5 is dodgy, it's not available to all but you should get the rest OK. It seems your aerial may not be in the right direction. It could be the wrong aerial.

Your aerial has blown down or out of position in the January storms I guess.
