If you mean the English pronunciation of his name
it's alu-card : ah-lu-car-d
If you meant the Japanese pronunciation
アルカード （Arukaado）in this case the pronunciation would be: ah-ru-kaa-do
ah like ah
ru (quickly flap your tounge against front top of your mouth for the rolled r sound (kind of like spanish r but not so long)
kaa ( like car without the r and the a is elongated (long vowel sound)
do (like door but short o vowel sound)
