hurt on the job last oct 2006 need help!!?

hurt knee last oct 2006. out of work for 4 months. and went back to workfeb 2007. i notice at work that the mannerger and suppervisers all i s sweet to me if you know what i mean! nice! one supperviser said that i had the nails in the box.and eggs in the baskett. and said i had my stuff together, what is he talking about here? he want come out and speak whats he's trying to say streight out why? do he know something? i do have a laywer and is workers comp. but whats all the nice stuff, and comments here? please help if you might have an idea about this.why so nice!!!!!
