Try an eyeshadow primer. Urban Decay makes an awesome one. Called eye primer potion. You dot it on and and blend it in, then apply shadow. This makes the color last and also makes the pigment come out in the shadow.This has worked with cream shadows and with powders and helps them wear for hours and hours without creasing. In fact I have fallen asleep late nights and woke up in the afternoon and shadow still looks perfect.
it costs about 14.00 and lasts, since you use so little of it.

It is probably just a bad brand- try something else. Powder tends to work much better, and it doesn't make your eyes feel as heavy. Make sure if ur going 2 stick w/ the 1 u've already got to keep ur eyes closed and let it dry after u put it on- it'll last longer.

I've had this problem as well! the best fix is to get a powder eyeshadow. but if you put a liquid concealer on before you apply the shadow, and brush a translucent powder on after, it works really good!

well, its probably not the best quality, sephora has TONS of brands and they all seem to have that kind of shadow. i love bourjois intensly luminous cream eye shadow, its cream but it stays on.

maybe get a different brand, its obvious its not working...or switch to powderey kinds...try avon its the best!!!
