Last night, I was at my boyfriend's place and I got drunk. When I was drunk, I started taking my clothes off and after I got a little sick, I went to the bathroom, while I was in there, I didn't realize until I saw him thatmy boyfriend had opened the door and was filming me. I didn't want him to do it so I started screaming at him, because I don't want just anybody to see that. But when I'm drunk, I tend to forget things, and I don't know if he erased it or not. What should I do?

The question you really need to be asking yourself regards drinking. The term for being forgetful when drunk is called blackout. Many alcohol abusers suffer from this malady, and the easiest, simplest & softer way is to simply not drink. What is a nice girl like you doing naked, puking at the throne of the porcelain god and being filmed unknowingly by your "friend"? Denial is not just a river in Eygypt! Ask for help, see an alcohol counselor or better yet, with nothing to lose, and your life, dignity, sanity to gain, attend an hour meeting in the basement of your local church. Pick up the phone directory and start at the beginning under A...A.

Your boyfriend is unethical as all get out. However, outside of asking him to erase the film, there is nothing legally you can do. Some will argue differently but the law is pretty clear and on the side of your unethical boyfriend.

The camera was his. His camera his video, unless he publishes it (make public) online or on a forum for others to see, you can't do anything about it. Based on the facts, you should be fined for drinking under age, your BF should be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Besides, you should have trust in your BF. If you don't, then you have a personal problem.

This is what I'd do if I were 23 years old, single and this happened to me.
First I'd be all sweet and act like I didn't know what happened. Then when the jerk's back was turned (or gone), I'd be snagging that videotape. Make sure it's the right one. Destroy the tape. Then put peanut butter in the camera (you know, where the tape goes), scratch up all his dvd's and cd's, set his car on fire and then if you can muster it up, puke all over his shoes. Inside them, preferably.
Then lock the door, put hot pepper spray all over the door handle, and leave.
That's what I'd do. But then again, I'm a hellcat when I'm hungover. And angry.
Never ever speak to this piece of work again. In fact, make sure you let it be known that you dumped him because he's a perv with a tiny weiner.
