either always too hot or too cold? no matter what i do i can never get it right

I thought it was just my apartment, but I hate it. right now it is about 83 degrees and I had my heat off the whole day. now tonight, it will get down to 60 so fast

mine is always too hot, but i have a canary and he can't get too cold. the air in here is so dry, though!
