I would like to sell craft items I make. Jewelry and sewing. I have done craft fairs and ebay. People would come to my home to purchase items. Easter is coming up and other holidays follow. Quick sale is needed.

I think it is a great idea to seel on craigstlist because it has local websites where you can directly negotiate the price over email. If you went on ebay, you would have to deal with shipping whereas at craigstlist, the buyer could possibly just come to you're house to pick up the item. Craigslist local+++

From personal experience Craigslist is far better thatn E-bay....I think it is viewed by more, because it has free goods , items wanted and needed people go to sight looking for freebies but than end up checing other catagories. I needed a dishwasher and posted it on Craigslist, the very next day I got a response for a free dishwasher I picked it up and it has been working great eversince and it was in real good shape.

If you set up a pay pal account you might make out better in the long run, and have the buyer pay postage rather than come to you. almost like the ebay way....ebay may however be the best way to go more people are aware of ebay than Craig's list and have more faith in it as well.more trusted I guess you can say.

Craigslist has a huge huge huge turnaround. I have nothing but positive things to say about it. You do however need to be careful about inviting anybody to your home. Try and make sure someone else is with you, or even arrange to meet in a public parking lot or something.

craigslist is a great idea to make money i use it all the time to make money. still you have to becareful with people, u dont want some psycho comin to your hose it does happen so be very very careful ok?
