A little isopropyl alcohol on a paper towel to wipe down the hearing aid will work to take care of your farting on it. However, you should apologize to your grandfather for tripping him in the first place and show some respect to your elders. I am sure he is upset with you because of that and not because you farted on his hearing aid. It is you who is the real jerk here.

I think you need to be grounded or be given an Asbo or something coz that's just not done. Go over to him and apologise. Then see what he says. I do hope you learn some manners in the future and to respect others, otherwise i see no hope for you.

Next-time turn the hearing aid down to 1 he only gets part of your fart, and cannot make out what it really is-lie and say you burped...UNLESS HE SMELT SOMETHING BAD...
