What kind of foods should I avoid that make women smell bad down there, what shoudl I eat to smell better and is there anything I shoudl do to help smell good besides eating certain foods? Wash with a certain soap or something.... I'm really self-conscious, especially about that.

And a small survey: I'm debating on whether to keep stubbles down there as my b/f likes them, or to get it professionally waxed or whatever. He doesn't particularly care, but he does think the stubbles are cute. I don't care for them. Yay, nay???

Has your boyfriend complained about an odor? If not, then don't worry about it. The vagina is a self cleansing part of our body, and unless there is an infection of some kind, such as a bacterial infection or sometimes a yeast infection can cause odor, there is really no need to do anything other than bathe or shower every day. OH, and some sexually transmitted diseases can cause an odor. Douching is not good for you either, according to my doctor. Really if there is no infection, or STD'S, a shower or bath daily is it. Eating yogurt is supposed to be helpful in warding off yeast infections, but if you have no problem with those, then don't worry so much.

im scared of waxing. i do not want pain down there! i use summers eve feminine wash for sensitive skin. it wont cause irritation or infection . i also recommend eating yogurt with live bacteria. it will help keep things balanced so you wont get a yeast infection. dont use any perfumes unless they are made for down below such as FDS. If you have a lot of odor you may want to get a check up. you may have an infection or just be paranoid about it. Wash daily, i wash morning when i get up and b4 i go to bed during my period. Also try the new pads that come with the wipe attached. they work good.

First, you are more aware of any odors than anyone else. It's probably not as bad as you think. Second, there are foods you can eat to make it better. Ironically, eating fish now and then helps. Drinking pineapple juice is good as well.
Whether to trim, wax, or do nothing at all is about what makes you feel comfortable, you have to deal with it more than anybody else.

If you are noticing a smell down there that is like a fish then you need to see a dr because you may have an infection going on.

As for cleaning with a product I use Physoderm for cleaning there. It was by accident that I started using it there because I didn't have other soap to clean with.

You can try Ivory or Dove as they are pure.

Nothing you eat can change the way you 'smell' down there.
Just eat healthily and drink plenty so when you urine, it doesn't smell as much.
You could try using a soap whenever you shower and you can spray deodrant on your underwear to keep them smelling nice - especially when you're on your period.

Hope you're okay x

Do not eat asparagas. Eat lots of citrus fruits. It cleans out internal odors. Also, get your vagina waxed. It wont grow in thicker every time. and it is super smooth.
