Mental health is just a branch off of psychology. The difference between psychology and mental health is that mental health is more specific and has more to do with helping someone with a disorder, and psychology has more to do with everything that involves the brain and human behavior.

In Yahoo! Answers, psychology and mental health are in two different categories because when someone says "mental health", people usually think of mentally insane or crazy people, so questions about actual disorders of the brain are asked there, while questions about feeling alone or unsocial or being pessimistic in life are asked in psychology.
