PLEASE PLEASE HELP ANYONE>
I own a mazda Rx-8. ( never buy one of these) It has 32,000 miles on it and its an 2004. Its been turning off while driving which is very unsafe. I have taken it in to the dealer 6 times in a month or so.Everytime they say they fixed it but they dont. Last time they said i dont drive it right. ( like i dont push the gas to the floor and they say i should) Every time i call customer support they say take back to the dealer. Its under warrenty still but my lemon law rights expired about 7 monthes ago. Are there federal laws or what should I do? I cant take the time to bring it in and I dont want to have to sell it and start over in a car payment! I need help im desperate. PLease.

Actually if your problems began before your protection under the Lemon Law expired you may still be protected. Find a consumer protection lawyer and get some advice.

It all depends on how good your lawyer is and how well your case is presented. It is possible if your problems started before the lemon law expired for you, you still can fight it. You just need to take it into consideration if its worth the money of a lawyer.
