lean on your back. lift your legs up and cross them. while they are in the air, do sit ups. Also go to karate. That's a REAL workout, sometimes.

I am sure those workouts work for someone who is not used to working out at all. but for me, I have been lifting weights for about 13 years and they are just too easy for me. If you do use one of those workouts, you need to do about 12 - 15 reps and 3 sets of each. Do that many reps of say, lunges, rest about 30 sec. and do another set of 12 -1 5 reps. wait another 30 sec. and do it one more time. Then go on to the next exercise. For abs, you need to do it a little differently. Do say 15 crunches, then 15 each way of twist crunches, then maybe 12-15 roll ups etc. you can use any workout in a magazine, but once you have completed all of the exercises for your abs, say about 5 different ones, go back to the beginning and do them again. Do 2 - 3 sets.
Good luck
One more thing you need to remember is to tone all of your body, not just your thighs and abs, if you tone just those parts, your arms will look out of place so do tone your arms too!

Any total body workout will tone your muscles. The thing is to stick with it. You'll get faster results if you are also watching your diet. Good luck, I'm trying to get in summer shape too!

Do stomach crunches, sit-ups, pilates, walking, running...
Also, pull your stomach muscles in every minute of the day, and this can be ANYWHERE - at work, at your desk, right now, on the bus, at the shops..
=) Hope this works
