I have had Sprint, Cingular, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

I travel a lot between Chicago, IL and Central Minnesota, and sometimes as far west as Utah and as far east as Boston.

From my experience Verizon has the best coverage overall, the one downside is it is probably the most expensive wireless carrier.
Cingular was good, no reception (or very crappy) inside most (not all-but most) buildings or in basements. "Network Busy" message every so often. Free roaming, but not unlimited. I was released from my contract for roaming too much.
Sprint was just plain bad, mainly because of billing issues and bad customer service.
T-Mobile was good, but I would get almost the same reception as Cingular, but it is cheaper (usually more min. for same $$$). Problem I had with T-Mobile is I would get a "Network Busy" message too often.

Go with Verizon if you can, if not then T-Mobile. Verizon offers discounts through an employee program (and so do the rest), all you need is a work e-mail, or college/university e-mail. If you get the discounts go with them.

If you have any questions about the service I have had with any of these carriers I would be happy to answer them, just message me.

in my view i imagine the w810i the w810 has a a more beneficial useful digicam with a flash and is a music oriented telephone. The reception is easily one of the finest. the phone is the most inexpensive on the prompt after rebate. I artwork for cingular and maximum of the managers use sony ericsson because of reception. one issue about ericsson's is they're diverse than different phones they dont have a common deliver and end button. Their phones use a sure no interface so it does take some getting used to. also their phones use memory sticks instead of sd playing cards so until eventually you've a cybershot vaio psp or ps3 they are not very everyday.
