I do not know what species my crayfish is, i got her at an oriental store(crayfish sold there is sold for eating) and got the one that looked the most sick, had very dull red, now she has orange bands on tail, red claws , and grey body with thick blue stripe on back. I want to get him even more color, does betta color enhansing pellets work? Im going to get her to breed and i want her to attract a male cray and look good. My sister got on this and got this girl avatar. Im not a girl!

clean water is all you need. the dirtier the water the more dull it will be just keep it in clean water and change it often non chlorinated of course but over time its true colors will shine and if it is too brite it wont look natural to a mate and will not attract one
