Sorry you are feeling lost and empty but all you can do is what you really want to do , you decide , you do what you think will make you feel a little better , a long soak in the bath , a nice stroll in the park , give friends a call someone might appear at your door with a bottle of wine for a girly night . When i was younger and had relationship problems i used to lock myself in my bedroom with some soppy cds .. the music may make you cry but its a release surely ..
Hope you feel better really soon and who knows you and your fella may get back together again as 2 yrs is a long time to throw away ...

Hey it happens - happened to me twice. If you only split up today though, who knows, you might be back together tomoz - it's early days yet. If it's a final split though, it's going to take a long time to get over, but think of the reasons why you split in the first place. Just try to enjoy being single and doing whatever you want to do without having to answer to someone etc. Focus on your job and go out with your mates. Appriciate the time you have on your own and learn a new skill or take up a hobby. Mr right will come along someday soon. Good luck, but remember - it will take time and you may never properly get over what's happened, but you just have to deal with it as best you can. x

A broken heart is one which only time can mend. You have to go through the motions(stages). Once you do feel better, use your experience as a growing one. This will help you from making the same mistake twice. Remember, not all men or women are the same. I am certain that someone out there will tell you that they are but it's not so. Good luck, don't drink too much or to often and have fun going out.

Its natural to feel lost, we all been there and 2 years is a long time. You got 2 options:
1) call up some friends go out on the town and get razzled
2) have a shower, get into comfort clothes, get a take away, watch soome cmoedy/inspiring movies and indluge yourself.
You'll get over it, we all do babe so dont stress, life is too short and when one door closes another opens :-)

I understand how you feel.
You feel that your life is over and there's nothing left for you - but there is so much more to life! There's a whole world out there and it shouldn't revolve around you ex Fiance!
Take a boiling hot bath and look in the mirror snd tell yourself all the thing you love about YOURSELF. You need to realise that there are alot of other men in the world and the perfect one is out there somewhere.
Good luck, I really hope you feel better soon!
Take care

I,m sorry to hear that you broke up ,it is never a good place to be.I myself a,m on the verge of breaking up after 4 years all because of children.
I guess time is the way for us to feel better about this kind of situation. Focus on positive and take this time to search your soul and reflect on what ever is important in life, things could be worse.

sad though it sounds... just cry cry cry till there are no more tears. then hopefully you will realise that was enough time spent crying over the past. then call up a couple of friends and go out, and turn some heads. have some fun, then taking one day at a time you will get to a stage when you realise it doesn't hurt anymore... good luck with the future x

if you know someone with a bike, borrow a lid and ask them to take you for a blast. i find it the most relaxing and exhilarating thing on the planet. you never know, it could also lead to other and new friends. your already half way there, if your listening to heavy metal, crank it up but leave the soft rock till your cheerier
good luck.

I am so sorry. My advice to you is to take each day as it comes - your emotions will be all over the place, angry, sad, tearful, feeling sick. Just remember that you will get over this but it will obviously take a bit of time. I always find a clean break helps - don't go back - keep communications to a minimum. Good luck.x
