I've tried all sorts. Or did i?

Serious, I've just started on a three-month mission of fish oils. Gonna use the same ones they used in the Durham trials. The results were amazing. Only been doing it for 3 days so far. Needs 3 months they reckon for the oils to build up. Here's some links:

* Try to find something interesting in whatever your are doing

* Breathe in. Having sufficient oxygen to your brain keeps you more aware. (That's why people yawn then they are bored).

* Better sleeping patterns.

*Try not to do more than one thing at once. Otherwise you'll attention will be divided.

I totally disagree that a short attention span is necessarily a psychological disorder| I would say that it is your particular way of processing what is in your environment|

If you need to quickly go from task to task, from thing to thing, which is often diagnosed as "ADHD," you have a particular format for working with the world.

If is possible for you to get vastly more done than the person who handles tasks in a more conventional methodical way|

Quite possibly, your faculty of intuition is very high, and you have a rather unique ability to instantly distinguish the relavent from the irrelavent aspects of a thing or situation, so you apply yourself *strictly* to the essentials of that thing or situation, and hence waste no time in trying to deal with or ponder over irrellavent factors|

Rather than being seen as a disability, it should be seen as a gift|

I can flick off most of those psychiatrists and psychologists with their "professional" diagnoses, whose paramaters come from "reaseach" in universities, founded on principles (in this day and age) of political correctness and conformism|

I have the unique ability to smell pseudo-science five miles away|
