I am 30, no kids. My husband and I are like night and day. It is not working. I am scared to take it to the next level, even thought I know this is what I should do. I have known that it would not work since we got married and stayed just out of laziness, taking the easy situation..
help.

Leave there is notthing that holds you back. It would be a clean divorce because there are no kids to fight for. You are young and can make a better life with another man.

of course you could divorce if neither of you are trying to work things out and you got a big plus that you don't have kids. hope things get better and you find some one that is compatible.

I still just don't understand why folks get married when they know it's not gonna work? Trust your instincts, you are not happy talk to him let him know how you feel and if he feels the same way it's time to walk.

Have you tried making it work? Have you tried counselling? Do you love him? Are you in love with him? These are questions you need to ask yourself. After you've answered them you'll have the answer to your question of divorce.

If neither of you are happy then yes you need a divorce. You shouldnt be with someone you arn't happy with. You need to find someone who does make you happy.

Unless he is beating you or has cheated on you, no. Go to counseling. You made a promise to him and to God, till death do us part. You made the commitment, stick to it.
