i have breasts and am a boy need help hiding them or if i decide to be a girl for a little bit some advice on making them look bigger and more feminine same thing for my hips

Layers to hide. Do not tape them down because that can cause deforming! Or don't tape them down extremely tight.
A flat stomach makes the hips a butt stand out! And push up bras are great to make them look bigger! I am a gay man that likes breast stop judging me! LOL LOL

Are you of legal age to have your physician advise you on the various medical treatments for this? If not, does your parents know your concern? If not, why don't they? I'm certain that they would rather support you with correcting this (common in males) situation rather than allowing you to go through your (assuming you're not of legal age) coming into adulthood with this dilemma.
Another thing to consider is the fact that genetically, you have more female chromosomes than male...this also is common. There are medical treatments for this as well. All is not lost, and there is no need to take such a drastic step by exchanging your natural gender simply because there are elements of the opposite sex with you...that is unless you want to transex...

Are you overweight? Not trying to be mean, but usually if a guy has "breasts," then he's overweight. However, if you aren't, then fine. You should go see a doctor to inquire about this, first and foremost. If you don't want to, then I would suggest wearing a sports bra to flatten your chest, or a push up bra to emphasize them. Padded bras work well, too.

get sweaters and shirts if someone asks how come you have breasts say its relly just the layers of my clothing...if you want to be a girl exrise the are around your hips and put on makeup and girl clotes.
