Here is Austin, they are having a screening of some acutal episodes of Different Strokes, and the actor who played Willis is going to be there to talk about what he was talking about.

the short stumpy one had a complex and couldn't pick up on things too quickly. so he got offended by everything the soon to be drug addict said. he had to have everything splained to him. lest he took offense to everyting that was said.
