they have fashion design schools, which are actual colleges. Those help you hone your skills and creativity. If thats a little to far off for you, just keep drawing and learn to sew. As far as modeling goes, dont get pulled in to those "modeling schools" that charge you a ridiculous amount of money. They are scams and you dont need them! Look up reputable agencies in your area. They shouldnt charge you a thing. Real agencies get their money with a 10% commission from the jobs you book, not fees and tuition.
Good luck! Its a hard road, but if its what you really want to do, its worth it!

Contact the design and fashion dept. of the university and volunteer to model for the students who design clothes. They usually have a spring and fall fashion show.

go to college and study fashion, design, art, etc
Give up being a model. They have a terrible life, and if you aren't 6 feet tall, and hugely underweight, they don't want you anyway
