If your oven got timer, you have to correct the timer the oven will work normal... Or if the timer is broken it need repair the oven will work... It happen me, my oven is gas but timer is electric.

go to the fuse box and find the switch for the oven, switch it back and forth hard about three times, if that doesn't work it may need professional help.

Lots of variables. Timer? Either top or bottom elements? Do you have the timer set correctly?

Is it a gas or elec. oven? If it's elec., it might need a new element.
