I'm on chapter 3 and I've got to the second floor of the hotel/lab building (the floor with that creepy zombie-like guy that attacks you on it). I've picked up the filthy towel from the bathroom and I've opened the window but am unsure of what to do next as I appear to be unable to climb out of the window or open any of the doors. Please help. Thanx

Dreamfall, its a computor game. I'm on chapter 3 and on the floor of the hotel that is above the room that the creepy little girl that has been contacting the main character is supposed to be in. And I am stuck on the floor and can't get off of it. I am asking for help to get off of the floor.
