Use black eyeliner and a mineral foundation in a pale tone. Then, apply a lip liner that is red. Make sure to blend.

Line your lower and upper lashes with a dark eyeliner. (preferably black). Use shimmery eyeshadow in bright and bold colors such as blue, pink, etc. Finish of with a nude lip color and two coats of mascara.
