if you want to be a site agent to get experience first then go with construction management, worth noting with the current shortfall a HNC will prob be enough to get you in the door as a assistant site agent earning good money, plus giving you the chance to make a lot of contacts and gain experience... Best leaving the architecture to real architects, in my experience its not worth cutting corners using a jumped up draughtsman or whatever as a good architect can be worth there wait in gold... for a example a house I recently built I used a top notch architect firm, i got my planning & building warrent in a matter of 4 months, where as others in the same boat used draughtsmen or cheaper architects to go for there planning and waited between a yr & 2 yrs to gain there permission.... Property development is all about turnover and timescales, hold on to something to long yr loosing money needlessley and also not having yr capital to put into the next deal..... If yr going it alone you dont need a hnd in any of them anyway unless your doing it purely to get experience....... im thinking about doing a construction management course as well so good luck with whatever u do.... also as a side note I thought architects had to go compelete a 7 yr course and then do a years placement b4 qualified

Surely it depends upon what you want to do. If you want to go into Architecture then go for Architectural Design and same for the others.
