i work in a sunbed shop , so yeah its fine to use , there are certain times you really should not use them, when pregnant , on antibiotics , diabetics on insulin wont get a great tan. we all know the dangers of sunbeds so please don't overdo it. if you go to a good shop they will ask you to do a skin check , and advise you how long and which strength bed to use . just be responsible about it . no more than twice a week at 9 minutes is plenty . you wont tan overnight, but will have a better tan and keep it longer if you do it slowly .

Health professions especially doctors in general and dermatologists in particular shudder at the concept of sunbeds. They age your skin and increase your cancer risk for no real health benefit. My advice would be stop using them at any time and change to one of the excellent fake tans.
Surely better this, or indeed to revert to pale and interesting, rather than age your skin prematurely, look like an ancient prune and risk cancer?

there is absolutely no doubt that using a sunbed is dangerous for any one, as it increases your chances of skin cancer , there are safer and just as effective ways of looking tanned , just think about what you could be lining yourself up for in later life.

Of course, you wouldn't leave the beach or r back yard due to
your period would you?
If that time of the month comes and you want to sunbath, so be! Not everything has to revolve around our period, we take
enough crap from it as it is, Right?
Go Sun Tan, it'll lift your spirits at that time as well! It can't take that from us too.
