I am asking because I am interested in learning Arabic, And i want to learn arabic so i can get into government agencies such as the CIA.

Check out the Defense Language Institute... I'm currently taking my 2nd foreign language here, and its the best language school in the world. The only catch is you have to be in the U.S. Military or serve in a branch of govt where you can somehow finagle your way into a class.
