Yes I do believe it will be legal,as it already is in some country,s today. The Canadian Government legalized for Medical purposes.Legalizing it would Save Governments around the World Billions of Dollars a Year in Prevention. But you have to remember it still can make you impaired just like alcohol.Don,t toke and Drive.

I doubt it. Before the anti-tobacco craze I would have said maybe, but that, plus seeing as how delta-9 THC can be synthesized to make regulated drugs that can perform the same medical use as organic cannabis, I think that the "medicinal use" crowd is going to start losing ground. I think that, more likely, tobacco will soon join marijuana in being a controlled substance. Oh, and to "memeandme", FYI, marijuana impairs your perception of time and of distance, and is every bit as dangerous when mixed with driving as alcohol. Many times I'll let a small posession charge go, but let me catch you DUI on marijuana, and I'll have you where you belong. In the pokey

In California as a qualified patient you are entitled to legally grow, consume and transport marijuana as your medicine. Marijuana helps patients with conditions like anorexia, anxiety, Glaucoma, cancer, depression, nausea, pain and migraines. As a patient you can grow six mature plants, or 12 immature plants and carry up to 8 ounces as your personal medicine. Marijuana has been reported to be an effective and preferred treatment for many California patients. Check out this website to see if you pre-qualify www.accsocal.com.

I believe so for the simple fact that it is pretty much looked upon as a petty thing as far as getting caught by law enforcements is concerned plus those who need it for certain aches and pains can get it legally through their doctor so eventually all of those who smoke it will be having pains that require this prescription which means the legalization of smoking pot is already in process

Yes, as soon as the government figures out the whole taxation problem you can bet they will legalize it. Way too much money is being lost for it to stay illegal. Once Americans figured out they could grow their own high grade weed for next to nothing the government saw the handwriting on the wall. By 2015 is my guess.

probably not. It should be. It's pretty lame that many car accidents are because of drinking and driving from people leaving bars and parties, but marijuana which actually makes you more alert and paranoid - is against the law because it is the "almighty" evil dangerous drug. People need to look at facts. It should be legal. it is sometimes easier to get than alcohol to tell you the truth,
