when will i get a job, why do i have to pay them if i got a modeling job, and how much will they get

you get a job when a company or designer likes your look and the way you represent their product.
the modeling agency gets a percentage of your pay because they're the ones representing you.
I don't know how much the ford agency would get from you.
just be very careful when getting into the modeling business. it's a lot of hard work, and the pressure to always stay on top and be what the clients are looking for is tremendous.

1. When you kiss the right ***, or sleep with the right person, or pay Ford enough to extort some entry level work for you.
2. Because they are your agent and worked to get you that job while you were out partying all night.
3. They will get whatever you negotiated with them..never less than 20%.
