You should be eating well, drinking lots of water and milk, taking a prenatal vitamin, and excersizing (like, walking or swimming).
Also, you should NOT smoke, drink alcohol or caffeine, do drugs of any kind (including over-the-counter meds, unless you talk to a doc first). Nor should you eat too much fish and seafood (check with your local WIC clinic for the guildlines), no soft cheeses, like feta, brie, cambert, etc. No coldcuts either.
Don't change the litter box, and dont' stress too much. Lol, with all that to remember, it is tough I know!

Well, you should have started worrying about it when you first found out you were preggers, but try not smoking or drinking alcohol. Stay off drugs.
