The Sound Card is built in to the computer its not PCI but when i go into device manger it says the sounds are all workin proberly? so anybody got any idea how to help me plzzzz

It sounds like you need to reinstall the drivers, but to be sure thats the problem, go to Programs - Accesories - System tools - System information- then go to components and look under Sound Device. That should tell you if there is a problem. You can try to reinstall, or update drivers under Control Panel - System - Hardware - Device Manager - Sound, Video, and Game controllers...right click on the proper one (Im not sure what it would be in your case), it may not even be listed if the drivers arent there. Your best bet is to just find out exactly what audio device you normally have, and go online and look for the drivers...email me if you need any help. Good Luck!!

you need to go into the bios and turn the on board sound on, to get to the bios restart your computer and keep pressing delete, bios should come up as a blue screen . hope that helps?

I agree you need to re-install the sound driver.

try go to "help & support" if you have windows. search "sounds" then click on sound trouble shooter. it should fix your problem. or maybe if you have sepearate speakers, you didn't plug it in right.

restart your computer and try again (this happened to me yesterday). (i am assuming that you had sound before and you haven't changed any of your wiring to your speakers). good luck
