So my car was totaled BUT I had to get to work. I was able to pop the driver side door open with a shovel, and hop in. There was gas leaking, it was back firing, and was dented pretty bad but it was working UNTIL I started smokin my cigs, and felt good about my truck. I got to work!
Around 3 AM on my way back I light one up and took a turn. The wheel where a little wobbly but i was okay. Then on my way home I kept pressing the break and NOTHING! There must have been a critical frature because they gave out. I ran my truck into a light pole and left it there. Dont worry I took my license off the truck. What should I do?

Return your license to the department of motor vehicles and start studying the great features of public transportation. Your license plate is the last thing I'd be worried about- besides they'll get you through the VINs- anyhow you need your head checked, I think you might have suffered some brain damage in the first accident. What were you thinking? You could have killed innocent bystanders. What if, when you lost control of this obviously unfit to drive vehicle, you hit someone with their children. Could you actually live with yourself if you hit someone? Causing their life to abruptly end? Really and for what? What kind of job are you getting back from at three in the morning? You obviously knew the risk, and smoking while you're smelling gas while your driving this dangerous heap of metal. If you have some kind of death wish, you don't need to take others with you. Please do us all a favor and stay off the road. There's better things you can do with your life.

Get a tow truck to remove the wreck. You have then removed a public nuisance which is a big thing in your favour. Sell the remains to a wrecking yard, maybe the wreckers will take it for free, maybe they will give you a few dollars for it. So you see, it's not all bad. Do it soon. They can trace the vehicle from the engine number, you know.

hello hate to tell you this but you are in deep crap. your local pd will trace the vin to the person that registered it. With that in mind your removing the plates and fleeing the scene lands you (or the person whom the vehicle is registered to) in what i think is felony trouble. my advice is go straight to the pd and be upfront and honest. You got scared it happens all the time when bad things happen. just hope the officer's are understanding. Take the word of someone who spent most of his previous 5 years getting out of all kinds of trouble with the law.

You're lucky you didn't kill someone you moron. Fleeing the scene of an accident is a crime too! Removing the plates adds criminal intent. Have fun explaining that when they come for you.
