Your score is really good! It puts you in the Superior Intelligence Category (IQ 120-130). That is the 90th percentile, which means that you belong to the top 10% of your peers that score at least 120 on IQ tests. Congratulations! However, to qualify for Mensa, you are required to pass a test administered directly by Mensa at one of their test centers. Your score needs to be in the 98th percentile, i.e. you have to score higher than 98% of the general population (only every 2 people out of 100 will qualify). That is equivalent to a score of 148 or higher on their IQ test. The test costs $30. You can purchase an $18 take-home test that gives you an idea of what the real test is going to be, but does not give you the right to join Mensa (it's just for preparation). Alternatively, Mensa accepts scores from some other tests, which you can find at http://www.us.mensa.org/Content/AML/NavigationMenu/Join/SubmitTestScores/QualifyingTestScores/QualifyingScores.htm

Visit http://www.us.mensa.org for more info about Mensa membership.

To sum up, here is some general info on IQ test score interpretation:

140+ Extraordinary intelligence
130-140 Very superior intelligence
120-130 Superior intelligence
110-120 High average intelligence
90-110 Average intelligence

Yes it is good.

And by certified I hope you mean professionally administered. Other than probably Test the nations in the UK and Mensa Denmarks test, no internet IQ tests are reliable and just because they say Ph.D certified doesn't mean they are.

131 is the cut off for Mensa, SD (standard deviation)15. SD 16 the cut off is 133 and SD 24 the cut off is 148.

Your score is the in the ''superior IQ'' category. The average ranges from 100-110.

This is a very good score, but to be in Mensa you have to have at least 150, i think.

It's very good. It means you are above average and if you go to college you could do something with it. It's not mensa level but still very smart. congrats
