Revlon Color Stay. It covers well and it last... Use a sponge to apply it and just dab on the skin Do Not Rub it! Oh and put concealer on you blemishes first and smooth the color as you dab the foundation in.
Hope it works for you too!

Why don't you ask the make up chicks on http://girlygirl.forumzen.com/ You'll definately find the answer there. Just register with minimum details.
I personally think the best foundation is this one http://www.esteelauder.co.uk/templates/products/sp_shaded.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CAT1026&PRODUCT_ID=PROD1063
It is called Double Wear by Estee lauder. It won't feel cakey, but it will cover up stubborn blemishes and it won't start melting at the end of the day. Ask for a sample and see how it goes.
Best of luck.

i use covergirl outlast cream foundation. It comes with a sunscreen and pore minimizing primer to help hide those blemishes. it also comes in several different shades for your perfect match, and if you follow it with the covergirl outlast powder your skin will look flawless. you can get the powder in the same color as the foundation. i've been using it for more than a year and i dont think i could ever use anything else.
here's a link for more info!

I don't have acne or blemishes or anything, but I've worked with my sister's. She uses regular foundation(whatever kind) then goes over the bad spots with a little tube of PERSCRIPTIVES cover up. You just dab a little on and go over it with whatever powder you use.

if you have blemishes, i would get rid of them first.
1. use Clean& Clear Advantage Acne Spot TREATMENT to get rid of blemishes
2. use LANCOME's color ideal foundation
or.....
use Neutrogenena's skin clearing oil-free makeup
