A good American Citizen is one WHO PAYS THEIR TAXES.
Id. turn in a tax evader in a second, for no extra money.
People evading taxes have no right whatsoever to do that.

Nothing new. We are a confederation of states, remember the civil war? Would not take that much to start a new one, with the radical religious right trying to take our freedoms from us.
